Four Elements of a Good Slap

Any aggressor stopped by this simple technique is surprised, (if they can think at all) when it used by a women. When the technique is used by a man you can see a look of humiliation on the aggressor’s face.

As opposed to a knee or kick to the groin, many men will allow a women to do this technique to them because they think it is inconsequential.

Most of us have seen this technique in the movies or on television. The bad guy allows the women to slap him. Then he proceeds to do what he wanted to.

None of these women have been trained by The Self Defense Company. If they had, the bad guy would be on the ground, dazed, confused and unable to get back up for a while.

There are three elements to a good slap:

  1. The fingers are held together
  2. The hand is cupped
  3. The target of the slap is the ear
  4. The whole body delivers the slap
A lot of power is not necessary, but to maximize the technique it should not be delivered by just swinging the arm. If you want to be sure you are applying this technique with minimum effort/maximum effect stop by The Corona Self Defense Company (use the technique on my partner Bob) for a free, no pressure, class.
